The Aurum Company will support the lady fencer participating in the Tokyo Olympics.
Aizanat Murtazaeva has been included into the fencing Russian Olympic team for the participation in the Tokyo Olympics. She was born in 2001 in the Hunzakhsky District of Dagestan; and currently lives and trains in Moscow.
The girl is a two-time bronze medalist of the Russian Fencing Championships (2019, 2021), has the title of Master of Sports International Class.
The Aurum Medical Company comments: “Contributing to the sport future of the nation, we hope to revive our glorious traditions and wait not only for new Olympic victories in Japan but also for the return of interest for fencing in a wide audience”.
Sports achievements of Russians in international competitions are aimed at improving the country’s prestige in the global society. Dynamic development of sports (both popular and top-class) mainly depends on the help and cooperation of the state and the business.
The Tokyo Olympics should have been conducted in the summer of 2020, but due to coronavirus pandemics, it has been postponed for a year. The games will commence from July 23rd to August 8th.
