GRAPHIX-C RADIOLOGICAL DIAGNOSTIC DIGITAL DEVICE
The GRAPHIX-C Radiological Diagnostic Digital Device is intended for any radiological studies in the digital format with the patient in standing, sitting, or lying positions; it is used in general diagnosis and traumatology in inpatient X-ray rooms of medical institutions. The possibility of easy motions of a bar with an emitter and an image receiver facilitates studies under any angle to the patient’s body. The stand structure allows performing patient studies in lateral positions.
The visualization of obtained digital X-rays, their further mathematical processing, storage, and hard copying with the corresponding device are provided by the software-hardware complex consisting of the automatized working place (AWP) for the lab technician and the automatized working place (AWP) for the radiologist with the device for printing digital medical X-ray images. The GRAPHIX-C device substitutes a film table and a vertical film stand, representing an alternative to the radiological complex for 2 working places without the linear tomography function.
Delivery specification
Film stand
The main standing instrument is the film stand, which consists of a column, along which a rotating bar with a changed focal distance can move. The stand is a balanced console, with a swinging arm fitted with an emitter and a diaphragm on one side and a swinging arm fitted with a digital image receiver (flat-panel detector) on the other side. The stand is equipped with a stationary device for the digital transformation of X-rays, which is based on the flat panel (flat-panel digital detector). The effective detector matrix is at least 3000×3000 pixels; the pixel size is no more than 143 μm; 14-bit gray gradient (16384 gray levels).
The following is also included in the delivery set: a diaphragm with a light centralizer, an X-ray scattering grid, and an ionization chamber.
Software-hardware complex
The software-hardware complex is based on the UCOI-ACCORD device for digital processing, visualization, and backup of medical images — a modern PC with a specialized Accord-Amico software system. The Accord-Amico software system operates in the DICOM 3.0 international medical standard. It can be distinguished by the new, modern graphic user interface created according to the patient examination procedure to simplify the operations of the radiologist and the radiological lab technician.
Composition of the software-hardware complex
— UCOI-Accord device for digital processing, visualization, and backup of medical images (Radiological lab technician AWP):
- PC-based control software set;
- LCD-monitor with a diagonal of at least 21.5 inches;
- specialized Accord-Amico software for working with X-ray and fluoroscopic images.
— UCOI-Accord device for digital processing, visualization, and backup of medical images (Radiologist AWP):
- PC-based control software set;
- LCD-monitor with a diagonal of at least 21.5 inches;
- monochrome medical monitor with a diagonal of at least 21.5 inches (2 Mp);
- specialized Accord-Amico software for working with X-ray and fluoroscopic images;
- printer for report printing on the A4 paper;
- specialized printer for X-ray image printing.
TOP-X 850 HF X-ray power device
High-frequency power device (65 kW power, 40-150 kV voltage range).
Automatic organ programs can accelerate the studies performed by physicians. Instead of manual parameter adjustment, it is enough just to push one button even with patients of different constitutions — the control panel includes such modes as well. Personal programs can also be created for specific requirements of the practical physician (recording up to 1500 programs); a manual exposure adjustment system is also available.
Emitter with the X-ray tube
— Emitter with a modern bifocal X-ray tube with the following characteristics:
- effective focal spot width (small — 0.6 mm, large — 1.2 mm);
- anode rotation speed — 9000 rpm.
X-ray wheel-table
A wheel-table with a fixed deck is intended for patient positioning during the studies in the procedure room with the device. The wheel-table can be moved manually.
Device for determining patient radiation doses
Optionally the GRAPHIX-C device is equipped with a flat-panel digital detector with the cassette format of 35×43 cm, a wheel-table with a deck floating in 4 directions, a floating deck, and a deck lift, a floating deck, a deck lift, and an accumulator.
